we are watching taiwan tv and getting ready to go outside..
now it's 5 pm and i'm getting tired.
at 11 am we walked to the near university and we had our student-card to use the internet there. ms Wu gave us the cards yesterday. (did i already mention that?) it's just a little plastic-card with our name and an identity-code on it. the university has kind of a little internet-café. it's very stylish and we don't have to pay anything to use the pcs there. i can also use the wlan with my ibook. that's sooo cool! and i got a really big cup of cappuccino for 100TWD (2,2€!)
back in the hotel again i waited for C to get ready. he's in a room with three other boys from our study class and they were still asleep when we came back at 12 pm! an hour later C, M, D and me went to a little restaurant for them to eat breakfast (I only spend 26TWD~0,60€ for a bowl of rice with meat and after that i showed them how to use the university's internet.
then C and i walked to carrefour again to buy a usb-cable for my camcorder. i forgot mine in würzburg. this one was about 3,3€(the cable i bought in germany cost 18€!) but it's the wrong one. my camcorder wants a firewire-cable. so i'll have to go one more time....
i opened a new youtube account to upload my videos and when i got the right cable i will upload some cut-outs. unfortunately my camcorder needs to be plugged to an outlet to transfer the videos to my hd. so i will have to do that in the hotel first.
later we want to go to 101 by subway. i will have to buy an "easy-card" for 500 TWD. after that we want to party a little or just drink something.
off topic: everybody is staring at me!! i'm about 175cm, have blue eyes an my lip-piercings. maybe that's why. but i thought in taibei there were a lot of tourists... i don't know, it's weired.
